Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the service
The Teen Inner Compass™ Masterclass is a digital service — a live online session on Zoom. Nothing physical is shipped. Your Zoom joining link is delivered electronically to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number before the session.
2. Cancellation by you
Since the registration fee is a small, one-time amount (₹49) for a live event, registrations once paid are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, write to us before the session and we will happily move your registration to the next batch at no extra cost.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If we cancel or reschedule the Masterclass, you can choose either (a) a full refund of ₹49, or (b) a free transfer to the rescheduled session. You will be informed on your registered email/WhatsApp.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation, or if you were charged twice for the same registration, contact us with your payment details. Verified duplicate or failed payments will be refunded in full.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. How to request a refund
Message us via the details on our Contact Us page with your registered name, phone number and payment reference. We respond within 2 business days.
